  • I have not received the joining link for my training. What should I do?
    The joining links are sent instantly when someone registers. If you haven't received yours, please follow these steps: Check your Spam, Promotions, and Updates folders if you are using Gmail. If you are using a different email client, check all other folders as well. If you still don't see your unique joining link, it is possible that you provided the wrong email address during registration. Please email us immediately if this is the case so we can assist you further.
  • I received a mail of failed transaction but the amount was debited from my account. What should I do?
    Please be assured that in these cases, the money debited is automatically returned to the source account by your bank within 3-4 business days. If the amount is not refunded within this time frame, please contact your bank for further assistance.
  • Can I share my unique joining link with others?
    No, sharing your unique joining link with others is strictly prohibited. Each link is meant for individual use only. If you share your link and someone else accesses the webinar, you will not be allowed to enter. Each link allows entry from one device only, whether it is a phone, laptop, or other device.
  • How do I attend the meeting from the link shared?
    We use Zoho Meeting for webinars. Simply click on the unique link shared with you in your email, and it will take you directly to the meeting—no need to enter any meeting code or other information. If you are using a mobile phone, you will need to download the Zoho Meeting app from the Play Store (for Android) or the App Store (for Apple). You can also join via a web browser.
  • Do I need to submit an attendance form during the meeting to mark my attendance?
    No, attendance is marked automatically as soon as you join the meeting using the unique link provided to you. There is no need to submit any additional attendance forms.
  • When do I get my certificate?
    The certificate will be mailed to your registered email ID within 3 days after the webinar has concluded. The certificate will include your name, designation, organization, the name of the webinar attended, and the training hours it carries. It will also feature a QR code to verify its authenticity.
  • I attended a training but I have not received my certificate. What should I do?
    Certificates are mailed within 3 days after the training. If you haven't received your certificate: Please wait for 3 days. Check your Spam, Promotions, and Updates folders if you are using Gmail. For other email clients, check all available folders. If you still cannot find your certificate, please contact our support team for assistance.
