5. Cancellation

 

Cancellation of webinar registrations after payment is not possible.

 

6. Refund Policy

 

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If the webinar is canceled from our side, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you are unable to attend a webinar due to incorrect information provided (e.g., incorrect email), we are not liable for a refund.

  • If you have paid for a webinar and wish to receive the recorded session link, you may request it via email. However, not everyone is eligible to receive the recorded link, and we hold the right to approve or disapprove the request. All recorded session links expire seven (7) days from the date of the conducted webinar.
